Human Resource Policy Statement

Passionately committed to the belief that enterprise has as its central purpose the welfare of people (members and our clients), the fulfillment of human needs both economic and social and the inherent inalienable dignity of work and the human person we publish this policy as a destination, a work in progress, as our commitment which should be even now evident to all as increased resources and improved circumstances enable us (as they manifest) to better deliver on our intentions.

  • We are committed to treat all members fairly and serve you in a transparent and integrous manner with appreciation for the good efforts that are made to improve the success of the business in an environment where camaraderie mutual respect and consideration are demonstrated and both employees and contractors have a sense of ownership, inclusion and belonging with all team members having a role and a place – – deep immersion.
  • We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, fully legally and statutorily compliant workplace where sexism, ageism and harassment do not exist and the disabled and minorities are included and facilitated irrespective of ethnicity, political affiliation, place of origin, nationality, or religious persuasion, accommodating religious and cultural practices where such do not unduly negatively impact on the common good or cause offense.
  • We believe that diversity is good business and makes for stronger communities and a harmonious nation creating greater business opportunity by facilitating multiple opportunities for contact with our existing and prospective stakeholders.
  • We commit to lifelong careers, personal growth and advancement consistent with both the organisation’s and members needs towards which we will continue to pay for the continuous training of members in the pursuit of the organisation’s goals and will support members in their desire for training that meets their own personal objectives and needs.
  • We reaffirm our commitment to equity, decent work, and a living wage (a just reward and a fair exchange – – exceeding our member’s expectations, as far as the circumstances of the business will allow – – based on effort and as far as possible measurable commitment) with the intent (as long as we are financially able to) of affording our members compensation that exceeds the industry average, including bonuses.
  • The directors commit to handling all grievances fairly and openly as far as possible and practical, providing redress where individuals have been wronged and engaging the help of experts and facilitators where satisfactory compromises cannot be arrived at, if circumstances so warrant.
  • We aim to provide all a minimum of a middle-income livelihood and access to benefits (including portable health care, life, disability insurance and Company Savings Plan) that will enrich the quality of life of both the member and his or her family. We will continue offering the arrangements made to provide for members and their families in the event of sickness, ill health, or untimely passing.

Finally, we are determined to transition the business to a form of ownership that will have all employees as part owners of the enterprise during the terms of your employment.
