In our shared passion to protect the environment, preserving flora and fauna, soil, water and air quality, the use of baits and traps are preferred methods to reduce the possibility of unintentional human or animal contact. Where buildings are air-conditioned and air is being recycled, the long-term consequences of applying volatile organic compounds containing pesticides could have a significant negative effect on human and animal health.

This is especially important where buildings are occupied, more so by the elderly, the sick and the young.

Treatment against cockroaches and ants to the internal and immediate external perimeter of the facilities will be rendered by primarily using gel baits in conjunction with non-toxic pheromone adhesive monitoring traps and residual liquid insecticide(s); which will be applied to the cracks, crevices and voids between cupboards, desks, floor and wall junctions and other areas where we suspect pest entry may be possible. Areas where application of this liquid insecticide is not possible will be treated using insecticidal baits, which, when used together with liquid insecticides form an effective barriers and harborage treatments against most crawling insects.
